As an HVAC Service Technician with John Boyd Heating & Cooling, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the repair, maintenance, and installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. We're seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping customers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues
- Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Installing new HVAC systems and components
- Providing excellent customer service and promptly responding to customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven HVAC experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
