HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services on residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment. You will work alongside our team of professionals to ensure our client's equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance on a wide range of HVAC equipment, including air conditioning systems, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and more.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems and components, identifying any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Communicate with customers about any issues related to their HVAC system, providing expert advice and answering their questions.
- Install, service, repair and replace HVAC components and systems including refrigeration, air handling units, ductwork, and electrical.
- Maintain an inventory of parts required for service tasks and order additional parts as necessary.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with industry standards and local codes.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve our services and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.
- Experience with boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Understanding of refrigeration systems, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
- Possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and communication styles.
- Familiarity with technologies, including computers, smartphones, and tablets.
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings, as necessary.
