We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Hospitality Aide to join our team at Village Care Of King. As a leading provider of rehabilitation and healthcare services, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Serve meals and help residents with dining, ensuring their nutritional needs are met

• Provide assistance to residents during recreational and social activities, promoting engagement and well-being

• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents, including their rooms and common areas

• Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or mental health to the nursing staff

• Assist with transportation and escort residents to appointments or activities as needed

• Follow all safety and infection control procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred

• Compassionate and patient approach when working with older adults

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Basic computer skills

• Must pass background checks and drug screening

• Adherence to all professional standards and regulations
