Responsibilities
As a Part Time Server at Westminster Village - West Lafayette, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and seating residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting with menu selection and taking accurate orders
- Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensuring tables are clean and properly set up
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Cooperating with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Prior experience as a server or in the food service industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift and carry trays and other food service items
