Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
VAL JOHNSON HEATING COMPANY is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician in Price Utah. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment and systems. At VAL JOHNSON HEATING COMPANY, we specialize in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our clients' satisfaction with every job we complete.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance of HVAC equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment and systems to identify issues and repair them.
- Install and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, heaters, and ventilation systems.
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and making necessary adjustments.
- Cloud basis knowledge or work using computerized control systems to program and control HVAC equipment.
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Complete all assigned jobs in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring the highest level of quality standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of HVAC training program (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Possess exceptional customer service skills, and ability to communicate technical information to customers.
- Able to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality standards.
