HR Generalist 3 - Welfare and Self-Reliance Services

As an HR Generalist 3, you will play a pivotal role in shaping lives with the gospel of Jesus Christ, working from our South Jordan, Utah location.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders to provide HR support for welfare and self-reliance services programs
- Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and support
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of employees dedicated to serving and supporting others
- Coordinate training and development programs to promote self-reliance and well-being
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures, ensuring ethical and inclusive practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on welfare and self-reliance services preferred
- Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse communities
- Passion for serving and uplifting others in alignment with the values of our organization
