Job Description: HVAC Installer

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install and/or replace HVAC systems according to specifications, blueprints, and applicable codes
- Ensure all installations meet safety requirements and manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to answer questions and provide guidance on proper usage and maintenance of their HVAC systems
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance work
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer
- Proficiency in electrical wiring, piping, and mechanical assembly
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends and on-call shifts as needed
