Job Responsibilities

As a CNA in our Tenure Program, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and documenting residents' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
• Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
• Administering medication under the supervision of nursing staff
• Assisting in the coordination and implementation of resident care plans
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents at all times

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of standard nursing practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
