Job Description: HVAC Installer

Currently, we are looking for an experienced and qualified HVAC Installer to help us continue our mission.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and thermostats. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that all installations meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
-Install HVAC systems accurately and in a timely manner according to installation instructions, company policies, and safety protocols.
-Inspect and test systems to ensure they function properly and are up to code
-Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to provide efficient solutions for repair or replacement
-Communicate with customers regarding installation progress, upgrades, and necessary maintenance.
-Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed
-Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-A minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
-Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
-Ability to read and interpret installation instructions, schematics, and blueprints
-Ability to work independently or in a team environment
-Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
