We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team at McHenry Heating & Air. As a HVAC Service Technician with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of experts in the HVAC industry. Your role will involve providing high-quality service and repairs to our clients’ heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

You Will:
- Travel to clients’ homes and businesses to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
- Conduct regular maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of work performed
- Maintain and manage your service van and inventory

You Have:
- Previous experience as a HVAC service technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
