Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or training in HVAC installation and repair.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license.
