Basic Job Functions: The Roll Mill Process & Quality Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the safety, quality, and production initiatives at the division. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Further grow our safety culture within the Roll Mill through new technology, equipment upgrades, and teammate awareness & development. Daily support of our Operational and Quality teams through product development and process improvements.[[cust_safetyState]] Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering discipline, or equivalent years of applicable experience 15+ years of Roll Mill experience Experience in long product rolling and Reheat Furnace Operation Strong knowledge of automation systems that support quality and rolling process Detailed Selection Criteria: Communication Effectively expresses ideas or tasks to an individual or group.
