Calling all RNs! Join Loretto Health & Rehabilitation Center located at 700 E. Brighton Ave, Syracuse, NY 13205. Our Syracuse location is comprised of 2 buildings; the Cunningham building, a 13-floor, 487-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility, and Fahey Rehab, a 96-bed short-term residential rehabilitation program - the largest in Central New York. Our Fahey building offers specialized services including Palliative Care and Restorative Care. We offer thorough training and mentorship, as well as excellent wages, as well as flexible scheduling for certain positions. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the delivery of Quality Patient Care
- Management of Employees
- Employee Development
- Compliance with NYSDOH and CMS regulations and facility policies and protocols.
- Leadership on the Unit.
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in nursing, preferably in acute/long term care setting.
- Current NYS license as an RN in good standing.
- Established patient assessment skills.
- Knowledge of best-practice standards.
- Skill to respond to emergent situations.
- Capability to analyze problems, plan resolution strategies, implement solutions and evaluate outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Capacity to read, write and speak clearly in English.
