We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated to learn and grow in the HVAC industry. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment while providing exceptional customer service. You will work both independently and as part of a team to complete all necessary tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment efficiently and effectively
• Install new HVAC equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately complete paperwork and documentation for each job
• Stay up-to-date on HVAC technology, industry advances, and techniques
• Participate in company training programs and continuing education opportunities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call and overtime as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
