As an HVAC Installer at TEMPCO LLC, you will work alongside our team of skilled professionals to install new HVAC systems, perform maintenance and repair services, and retrofit existing systems. You will also be responsible for assessing customer needs and providing expert advice and recommendations.
The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated individual who has a strong work ethic, is detail-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal skills. You must be able to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and company procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and repair services on HVAC systems
- Retrofit existing HVAC systems to improve efficiency and functionality
- Assess customer needs and provide expert advice and recommendations
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HVAC training program or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
