Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Cundiff Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is a trusted source for Carrier HVAC systems, installations, repairs, and more in Southwest and Southside Virginia. We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and cooling systems. You must have comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, as well as experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
We need a technician who is adaptable and can work under pressure while delivering quality workmanship. You must be able to follow safety procedures and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Conduct routine maintenance checks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification from an accredited HVAC program
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure and follow safety procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
