We are seeking a proactive and innovative leader to join the Finance Transformation team. In this role, you will coordinate with project leaders to plan and implement key initiatives that drive business transformation. Come be part of this dynamic team!
What You Will Do
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the finance organization of tomorrow by maintaining timelines, delivering program updates, and ensuring accountability for successful outcomes.
We are looking for someone who has strong strategic planning skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a creative approach for building presentations. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative with the ability to effectively manage diverse opinions.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Track progress across workstreams, identify risks, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with Finance Transformation goals.
Project Management:
Implement and standardize project management methodologies and best practices across Finance Transformation project leaders.
Develop Presentations:
Use your creativity to lead the creation of regular program updates, ensuring clear messaging, consistent content and impactful visuals.
Collaborate with Senior Leaders:
Influence strategic direction of Finance Transformation by challenging assumptions and proposing solutions to drive optimal outcomes.
Lead Communications:
Create communication for project-related training, user stories, Pillars Post updates, live events, and digital content.
Maintain High Standard of Excellence:
Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables across all workstreams, aligning outputs with organizational standards.
Cast Development:
Lead growth and development of one direct report (Technical Writer)
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience
Proficient project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and lead projects of varying complexity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations for executive audiences
Proven ability to collaborate and influence action across diverse partners, including with senior leaders and peers
Highly organized and effective at multi-tasking and prioritizing concurrent deliverables
Self-starter, with a track record of taking initiative and leading projects
Strong advocate for change with experience challenging existing processes and implementing process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of influencing change at all levels of the organization
Experience in a project-based environment; certification in project management and/or process improvement (e.g., PMP®, Six Sigma®)
