Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on various HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems
- Perform repairs on damaged or malfunctioning systems
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Keep abreast of industry developments, trends, and innovations
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Required certification or licensing for HVAC service
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system problems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
