Job Description A large home healthcare company is looking to hire a Workday Payroll & Time System Analyst. This person will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate and improve our system business processes. The individual will be responsible for providing technical business support and expertise for leveraging Workday and other technologies to enable and optimize payroll and time processes. They will manager Workday Payroll and Time configuration activities, trusted changes, and defect resolution. In addition, they will identify, provide business case and, if appropriate implement automation and/or process optimization. Skills and Requirements One (1) to Five (5) years of Payroll and timekeeping knowledge, concepts, processes, and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio & SharePoint Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work with cross functional teams and across multiple functions and disciplines. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Workday Payroll or Time Configuration experience or willingness to learn.
