As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will perform routine inspections, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our customers' systems.
We are looking for a skilled technician with exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Certification or degree in HVAC technology or related field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with equipment and systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, parts, or components
- Install new systems and equipment when necessary
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities
