Job Summary

As a Recreational Therapy Coordinator at Glen At Willow Valley, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents through recreationally based interventions. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, develop, and implement therapeutic programs that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being among our residents.

Responsibilities

Your daily tasks as a Recreational Therapy Coordinator will include, but are not limited to:

• Assessing residents' needs and preferences to create individualized therapy plans.
• Leading therapeutic group activities and programs to promote mental and physical stimulation.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents.

Qualifications
