We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing ADON to join our team at the Advanced Care Center of Butler in Trumbull, Connecticut. As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supervising our nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Oversee the assessment and coordination of resident care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in staff training and development programs
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new nursing staff
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff, other departments, and administration

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut
- Proven leadership experience in a nursing management role
- Strong understanding of long-term care regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
