We are seeking a sales industry-leading Enrollment Counselor (EC) to add to our Sales Team.

Who You Are:
Proven in Phone Sales
A top sales earner with the drive to make $8,000 - $19,000 per month using our leads.
Ability to nurture and close warm B2C Leads
Accustomed to industry-leading Sales Best Practices
Experience with selling at price points of $2500 to $70,000
Likes No Capped Commissions and Profit Sharing
Money Motivated

Enrollment Counselor
Houston
Salary Sign-On Bonus
Uncapped Commission and Profit Shares ($75k minimum)
Target Annual Salary:$75,000 - 150,000 (based on performance)
Schedule:Monday - Friday in our Houston office (I-10 and Dairy Ashford) with opportunity to move to hybrid at-home/in-office, based on job performance.
(Some Weekend Availability Required)
Experience:2 yrs of Inside Sales experience
Education:No real-estate experience required.
Serious Sales Talent is required.

What You Will Do:
Close our Warm Leads via phone on a Weekly Basis
Meet Weekly Sales KPI Goals
Raise the bar on Weekly Sales Goals
Maintain a 30% contact ratio of the phone sales
Love what you do and can be successful at it! (Learn real estate investing as a bonus)
