Job Description: HVAC Installer
Dale Coates A/C & Heating is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Big Spring Texas. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. We value professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, wiring, and piping.
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems, including replacing parts and troubleshooting issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Safely operate tools and equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in HVAC system installation.
- Knowledge of general HVAC principles, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
