Job Description
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and management of our facility. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure excellent resident care and quality services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain quality resident care and services.
- Manage and supervise a team of skilled nursing professionals, ensuring effective communication, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and holistic care for residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing guidance, professional development, and feedback as necessary.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Promote and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing necessary changes to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A valid license as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of [state name].
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing home administration.
