Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at Baker Electric Home Energy

Baker Electric Home Energy is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions in Escondido, California. We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in homes and businesses
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Educate customers on the proper use of their HVAC systems and how to optimize energy efficiency
- Generate accurate work orders and reports on all findings and work performed
- Work closely with customers and other team members to exceed customer expectations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their components
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- EPA certification preferred
