Crowne Health Care Of Ft Payne is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Clerk/Human Resources Personal. As a trusted member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our payroll processes and providing support in various human resources functions.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee payroll records and handle payroll-related queries.
• Prepare and distribute paychecks, direct deposits, or electronic transfers to employees.
• Calculate bonuses, commissions, and overtime payments based on provided data.
• Update and maintain employee records, including personal information, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions.
• Assist in administering employee benefits programs and enrollments.
• Generate various reports related to payroll, attendance, and HR data.
• Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee files.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in payroll processing or human resources.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
