Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the prospective residents/patients and their families to address any questions/concerns.
- Work with a sense of urgency to complete all required documentation necessary prior to the resident/patient’s admission.
- Foster open lines of communication with team members who must be involved in the admissions process.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Long term care experience is required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
