Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As our HVAC Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to maintain, diagnose and repair HVAC systems for commercial and residential clients. You'll work closely with our team of technicians to provide exceptional customer service and ensure all work is completed on time and to our clients' satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, repair and replacement services for heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
- Conduct system diagnosis to identify any issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Document services provided and maintain accurate records of work completed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- 2+ years of experience in installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
