Job Description: HVAC Installer at A and R Supply of Indiana
As an HVAC Installer at A and R Supply of Indiana, your role will be integral in ensuring our clients receive top-quality service and expert installation of heating and cooling systems. We are seeking a skilled individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our clients' expectations are exceeded with each installation.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and plumbing.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the installation process.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop the best installation plan for each project.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC installation experience or certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
