Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Call Center Director to optimize call center operations, improve customer service levels, and drive outstanding performance. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize call center operations and improve customer service levels
- Establish performance metrics and regularly monitor and analyze call center performance to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of call center operations with overall business objectives
- Lead and motivate call center staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that call center staff have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the call center operates efficiently and effectively
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in call center management, with a proven track record of success in meeting performance targets and delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address performance issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of call center technology and best practices
- Experience managing budgets and resources
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
