Grand Boulevard Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a customer service oriented Weekend Receptionist who has the ability to multitask and takes pride in attention to detail. Serving a community of 60 residents and their families, you will enjoy becoming a valued member of our team.

Weekend Receptionist - Duties:

• Answer telephone; route calls appropriately, receive and deliver messages.
• Greet visitors and refer visitors to appropriate individuals.
• Take employment applications and forward to the appropriate department head.
• Receive and distribute mail.
• Handle correspondence, perform typing, filing, photocopying and other clerical duties.
• Maintain an orderly, confidential and safe work environment.
• Practice universal precautions at all times.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Attend and participate in department and staff meetings as assigned.
• Understand, comply with, and promote rules regarding residents’ rights.

Weekend Receptionist - Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance as required.
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and outside agencies and to work cooperatively with other associates
