Clinical Coordinator RN: Assisted Living Full Time Days

Westminster-Canterbury On Chesapeake Bay is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Clinical Coordinator RN to join our Assisted Living team on a full-time basis. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of nursing services and clinical care in the Assisted Living department.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to resident care and wellness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate residents' health status and response to treatments.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Educate and inform residents, families, and staff on healthcare options and available resources.
• Participate in quality assurance programs to maintain the highest standards of care.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Virginia.
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in Assisted Living.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• CPR certification.
