Here, you will make an impact by:Driving value stream improvement across the plan, source, make and deliver environmentPlanning and strategy for New Product Introduction (NPI)Being accountable for service and supply to market by partnering in executing the commercial activity planDeveloping supply chain strategies to fulfill customer needsInterfacing with manufacturing, sourcing and business to achieve supply continuityInterfacing with the MedSurg Business to achieve Business product development, growth requirements, and on the customer supply chain relationshipsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Advanced degree from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start) AND twelve (12) years of combined experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain leadership in a private, public, government or military environmentORBachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start) AND fourteen (14) years of combined experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain leadership in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh school diploma/GED from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start) AND eighteen (18) years of combined experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain leadership in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Production, value stream/product/manufacturing, plant management experienceInternational manufacturing and supply chain experienceExperience in leading projects involving Capital Expenditures and/or New Product IntroductionExperience working in regulated markets/industriesCertified Lean Six Sigma Black BeltStrategic leadership mindsetAbility to capture end-to-end customer/business needs across the value stream and lead a team to deliver those resultsCapability to drive success in a customer fi st, global, end to end value streamStrong coaching and collaboration skillsWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 20% domestic and internationalMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
