Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $4,600 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Banquet Server to serve food and beverages to guests in a quick, efficient, and courteous manner, and provide set up banquet equipment as required.

Greet guests with a smile and pleasant disposition in a timely manner.
Observe and anticipate guest’s needs, keeping table cleared between courses, and beverages filled throughout their meal.
Complete assigned sidework and additional daily tasks.
Inform immediate supervisor if situations arise with guests or fellow employees that cannot be handled directly.
Serve table completely, using trays and covers on food, serving all sides and accompaniments in a timely, efficient manner according to all Standards and Sequence of Service.
Always conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive professional image to Ameristar Casino Kansas City.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

Two (2) years experience as a server.
Knowledge of wines.
Knowledge of food preparation.
Practice good safety procedures.
Outgoing personality with interest in guest hospitality.
Exceptional work habits.
This is a uniformed position, which requires that team members are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty.
