This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

8 hour shift

Rotating weekends

Administer medications and nursing procedures to Patients as prescribed.
Obtain and record Patient temperatures, blood pressures, pulse rates, and other vital signs using standard instruments and procedures.
Observe, monitor, and record Patient symptoms and conditions to obtain and provide information for diagnosis and treatment; identify responses to medication or changes in health status, and reports status to a registered nurse, physician, or other licensed health care provider.
Prepare Patient for or assists with examinations and treatments.
Maintain charts and other records of Patient conditions and/or administered treatment.
Educate and counsel Patient regarding their health, medications, and treatment goals and procedures, as appropriate.
Monitor supply inventories, and completes requisition forms to ensure adequate supply levels.
As necessary, observe and supervise the activities of unlicensed direct care staff, including the administration of medication, to ensure compliance with applicable requirements and report observations to higher-level staff.
