LPN Supervisor 11p-7am FULL TIME Monday thru Thursday ASSISTED LIVING

Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN Supervisor for the 11pm to 7am shift at our Assisted Living facility. This is a full-time position, scheduled from Monday to Thursday.

As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. You will oversee the nursing staff and ensure that our residents receive the proper medical attention and assistance with daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications as needed
• Assist with resident assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
• Train and mentor new nursing staff members
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of [State]
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience working in an Assisted Living facility
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
• Flexibility to work the 11pm to 7am shift and occasional weekends
