Pay: $30 per Hour Shifts: Monday - Friday Hours: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Maxim Healthcare is in search for a License Vocational Nurse's (LVN) that is interested in working and gaining hands-on care experience for an Adult Teen in Madera, CA. Patient requires care on enteral feeding devices (G tube) as well as needing to attend school with patient. Hours may be different while patient goes to school. $500 bonus is offered after 30 billable work shifts and must work a minimum of 3 days a week. A $250 is also offered for any referrals. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
