Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units and make necessary repairs or replacements. You will work independently or as part of a team, often communicating directly with customers to provide excellent service and ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is achieved
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work performed and materials used
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to accurately diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
