Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for a qualified and experienced technician to join our team at our Whitehouse Ohio location.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all HVAC systems including but not limited to cooling systems, air handlers, boilers, and other related systems.
-Diagnose problems and identify the best course of action for repairs or replacements.
-Maintain proper documentation of all maintenance and repair work.
-Ensure that all work performed is in compliance with industry codes and standards.
-Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions with our clients.
-Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
-Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
-Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in processes, procedures, and client service.
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
-Strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and diagnostics.
-Certification from an accredited technical school or college.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Familiarity with all industry codes and standards.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
