Your Role: As a Sales and Marketing Analyst – Sam’s , you will manage the collection, analysis, and reporting for RCP’s Sam’s business. This role supports the sales and marketing team and will actively to contribute to our success in sales, marketing, and ecommerce. You will have the opportunity to: Manage Competitive Pricing Audits in the Marketplace and Competitive Marketing Audits on samsclub.com. Lead Member Reporting Process for Sam’s Sales Team. Reporting Weekly Team Meeting Recaps. Manage the ISB and Exceedra Reporting for Sales Team and BUs. Lead all Dotcom/eCommerce Weekly Reporting. Manage TIO/Scan & Go Savings Trackers for Sales Team and BUs. Manage all eComm Adhoc Reporting. Assist with Creative Briefs, Asset Collection, Program Setup, and Easel Database Image Collection. Assist with Sam’s Club Dotcom Item Creation. Manage sales reporting in Sam’s Club’s proprietary system (Madrid 2.0). Coordinate presentation development for all Sam’s Team Business Planning Meetings. Assist with Co-purchasing Reports to Determine Potential Targets for Marketing Programs. Manage unanswered questions collection and reporting. Participate in data gathering and analysis process for Sam’s Annual Joint Business Planning Process. Assist with Team Meetings and Events as needed. Ultimately, you will play a valuable role in our company and will help us to plan for the future by using your analytical skills to evaluate our sales and marketing. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills. Proficient in Retail Link/Madrid. High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including ability to use graphs, formulas, and pivot tables.
