Job Overview

As a Resident Assessment Coordinator (i.e., MDS Coordinator) at Metro West Nursing & Rehab Center, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring the center stays in compliance with current professional practice standards, physician's orders, company policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications

Graduate from an approved school of nursing (Practical or Vocational Nursing, or Associate's degree in Nursing ASN or above)
Active, unrestricted LPN or RN LPN licensure required
Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs, LTC payer systems, the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA), the RAI process, and the MDS process preferred OR prior nursing in a long-term care facility
RAC-CT a plus but not required
