Post has aggressive growth plans for BEF, highlighted by the recent deployment of capital to support innovation, marketing and manufacturing. Responsibilities Position Overview Join our 10-week Finance Department program, where you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple finance and accounting areas such as financial reporting, cost of sales analysis, capital expenditure review, and budgeting & forecasting. You'll work closely with business leaders to develop and update reporting that supports decision-making, consolidate historical plant and cost data to identify trends, and assist in the annual business plan. This internship will allow you to make a positive impact by completing meaningful projects within Finance and a broader intern project. Accountabilities Knowledge and insight into budgeting and forecasting Exposure to financial technology and software The ability to analyze data and draw conclusions Hands-on experience working in ERP Systems, including Oracle and SAP Problem-solving skills and learning how to navigate an organizational culture Experience in making improvements in business performance and operational efficiencies Opportunities to communicate across different business units, including sales, operations, and corporate functions Networking opportunities across all business units Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, or a closely related field. Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with company peers and Post Holdings partners. Strong interpersonal skills - Listening and informing others effectively; excellent negotiating and influencing skills at all levels both internal and external. Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction. Must be a self-motivated self-starter. Must possess the ability to always maintain external and internal confidentiality.
