Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply fundamental nursing skills under the guidance and supervision of experienced professionals.
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
- Assist with vital sign monitoring, medication management, and mealtime support, ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the healthcare team, fostering a nurturing and safe environment.
- Participate in educational sessions and training activities to expand your knowledge and stay updated with best practices in the field of healthcare.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated individuals who possess a sincere desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust easily.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
