Job Description

Concordia Village Of Tampa is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to our residents, assisting them with their daily living activities and ensuring their overall comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety.
• Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful conversation with residents.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery.
• Document resident care activities and observations accurately.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous experience working in a senior care or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in providing care for seniors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.
