We are currently offering a Sign-on Bonus of $6,000 for Full-Time Hires and starting competitive wages up to $31.00 per hour. Our facility is located at 255 Front Street, Berea, OH 44017.
Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Provide quality and compassionate nursing care to residents
- Assist in creating a positive and supportive environment for residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents' medical status and respond promptly to any changes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN License
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Prior experience in behavioral health and mental health
- Ability to work as part of a team
