Administrative Program Coordinator
to join our dynamic Physician Recruitment team. This is a
remote
position, offering flexibility while supporting our efforts primarily in Weston, FL but also throughout our regional sites.

A caregiver in this position works 8:00am-5:00pm.
This position is open to candidates in Florida and who live near our Weston FL hospital location.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Coordinate On-site Interviews:
Manage candidate travel, lodging, and transportation logistics for on-site interviews in Weston, FL. Collaborate with administrative and physician leaders to schedule interviews, create itineraries, and handle all related calendar invites, room reservations, meals, and restaurant reservations.
Expense and Relocation Management:
Facilitate interview expense reimbursement for candidates and assist with relocation questions and reimbursements.
Monthly Pcard Reconciliation:
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of the monthly Pcard transactions.
Meetings and Presentations:
Attend and present updates at Institute Recruitment Meetings to support recruitment goals and initiatives.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Associate's degree.
Three years of administrative or project management experience
OR High School diploma/GED and five years of experience can substitute work experience.
OR Bachelor's degree and one year of experience can substitute for work experience.
May require a license based on department/Institute need.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A collaborative, team-player mentality to support a fast-paced recruitment team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in calendar management and event coordination
Experience with expense and financial reconciliations preferred

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $20.77
Maximum hourly: $31.68
