Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $3,600 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 6 months

Location: Fernandina Beach, FL

Fernandina Beach Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. We are offering new increased rates and shift differentials for this full-time position, providing an opportunity to contribute to the overall operation and optimal quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Hold daily shift report with nursing assistants assigned to the unit prior to the start of the shift.
Review written daily assignments for each resident on the assigned unit.
Assure assignments are completed before the end of the shift.
Make rounds on assigned residents at least once every two hours.
Administer medication and treatments according to the physician's orders. Assume responsibility for ordering medications.
Collaborate with Care Plan Coordinator to develop and maintain nursing care plans and update these plans.
Contact the resident's physician and family to notify them of a change in the resident's condition or accident/incident; also notify the supervisor covering.
Assume independent responsibility for yearly written evaluations of nursing assistants.
Assume independent responsibility for completing required routine documentation and auditing as required.
