HVAC Service Technician

Rubio Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. We specialize in providing high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services to commercial and residential customers throughout the area.

As our HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems to ensure our customers' comfort and satisfaction. Successful candidates will have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical and mechanical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components
- Install new HVAC systems and components
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify problems and provide solutions
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on HVAC systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accredited training or certification in HVAC systems
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working on HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
