Job Description:
McKinney Heating and Air Conditioning, a leading provider of HVAC services in Hiawassee, Georgia, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. You will diagnose and troubleshoot problems, perform inspections, and complete necessary repairs. Additionally, you will interact with customers to provide outstanding service and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform inspections of systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems
- Communicate with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of services performed
- Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Possess EPA certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
